Shipping Policy

Worldwide Delivery & Local Collection
We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery as well as the option for local collection. All shipments are made via DHL (Germany).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by the applicable DHL rates plus a flat-rate packaging fee. There is no minimum order value.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Your ordered items will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days. Once ready, your package will be handed over to our logistics partner, DHL.

Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that these estimates refer to the transit period after DHL has received your package and do not include the processing time.

  • Within Germany: Approximately 1–2 business days
  • Within Europe: Approximately 2–3 business day 
  • Worldwide: Approximately 7–11 business days.

Delivery times are based on DHL Germany’s standards and may be affected by factors such as customs processing, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), or extreme weather conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the European Union, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details before placing your order.

Combined Shipments
If your order includes items with different estimated delivery times, we will consolidate your shipment and send all items together, unless otherwise agreed. In such cases, the overall delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest transit period.

Liability for Transit Damage
In the event that one or more products are damaged during transit, we are liable for the damage, provided that you supply a certificate from the supplier. Please note that we are not liable for any damage that occurs after the parcel has been opened.

Delivery Attempts & Parcel Collection
If personal delivery is not possible, DHL will either:

  • Attempt a redelivery, or
  • Leave your parcel with a neighbor or at a nearby DHL parcel shop.

You will have 7 working days to collect your parcel from the designated location. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us, and additional costs for the return may be incurred.

Please Note:
Once your package has been handed over to DHL, we have no influence over any delays caused during transit. We appreciate your understanding in cases where external factors affect the delivery timeline.
